Terms and conditions: (aka: The Fine Print)
Your document will be carefully and systematically reviewed and revised by a living, breathing person (me), according the editing level established in our agreement (i.e., proofreading, copyediting, comprehensive editing, or rewriting); however, being human and therefore fallible, I cannot guarantee that it will be completely error-free. (In other words, I am very good at what I do, but I will not promise the impossible.)
As sole proprietor of Creative Text Resources, I do not guarantee that these services will produce any specific result, including, but not limited to: acceptance to any institution or job position, publishing contract or deal, business contract, promotion, or enhancement of grade, position, or status.
Clients are responsible for the content of their submitted material. I am not responsible for client’s writing that is later found to be plagiarized. Some educational institutions may not allow the submission of work that has been edited by someone other than the work's author/s. I will not be held responsible if the author/s decide to contravene their institution's rules and regulations.
Normally, I do not undertake research, do fact-checking, write original arguments, or include personal opinion. However, if I need to do a little research to get up to speed on your topic, and we work that into the editing fee, then it's no problem.
Creative Text Resources reserves the right to cancel an order for, but not limited to, any of the following reasons:
- Inability to provide a Microsoft Word document
- Submission of material found to be illegal as per current United States law
- Submission of material determined by me to be of a vulgar, profane, abusive or racist nature
- Submission of material containing inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature
- Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent credit card use
Clients are encouraged to refer to the web pages on this site before they decide to place their order. They may decide to discontinue their order before the payment stage.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
Once payment has been received, no refunds will be made, even if the client changes their mind.
